Lustro means shine. Old techniques come alive in the well known earth colours of Tierrafino. Subtle colour nuances appear due to variations in depth of the shine. Stylish effects on walls, ceilings and wooden furniture in Tierrafino Lustro.
Dover white, Delphi white, Roman ochre, Nassau orange, Djennné red, Ayers Rock, Iquitos green and Gomera grey make up the colour range of Tierrafino Lustro. Natural, soothing colours that can be mixed to create new shades. Mixing with Tierrafino Pigments offers an infinite range of colours.
Tierrafino Lustro is easily applied by the DIY. With few tools beautiful walls can be created. Apply Lustro with roller, brush or trowel and polish until the surface is smooth, not shiny. Apply a second coat after drying and continue polishing the surface, with intervals, until a full shine is achieved. Tierrafino Lustro can be applied onto most absorbing substrates like gypsum or lime plasters, latex paints, dry wall and MDF. Dilute Lustro with water. Tools are easily cleaned. Treat high exposed areas with a protective wax.
Tierrafino Lustro is damp open and moisture regulating. Lustro is only sealed from air and moisture after treatment with wax.

Lustro betyder at skinne. Vores nyeste produkt bygger på de gamle teknikker der har været kendt i tusind år, men bragt op til nutidig standard. I antikkens tid skulle man påføre op til 8 lag marmorpuds for at opnå den skinnende overflade. Med vores Lustro opnås effekten ved at påføre to lag.
Som vores øvrige produkter er også Lustro baseret på jordens egne materialer og ikke tilsat nogen form for kemikalier. Lustro påføres med en rulle , børste eller pensel.Det første lag poleres indtil det har en jævn og glat overflade.Det næste lag påføres når første lag er tørt og poleres med intervaller indtil den ønskede glans er opnået.
Lustro er diffusionsåbent og fugt regulerende, hvis det skal anvendes i køkkener og andre rum med høj luftfugtighed skal det lukkes med en voks.Hvis det skal anvendes i et rum med stor lys påvirkning kan man med fordel beskytte det med uv-voks.
