Gode råd om indeklima
 
Forbedring af indeklimaet, generelle betragtninger.:
Amerikanske indeklimaforskere, kaldet Certified Building Biology Environmental Inspectors anbefaler bl.a.:
  • Øget brug af lerpuds og lermaling.
  • At man altid anvender naturlige rengørings- midler og helt undgår de syntetiske.
  • Hyppig udluftning, især af vådrum.
  • At man helst undgår væg-til-væg tæpper, hvis de ikke kan undgås anbefales tæpper med jute-bagside.
  • At man undgår plastiklaminat og i stedet vælger træ, hvor det er muligt.
  • At man ikke bruger vinylgulve, da de er et mareridt at producere både for miljøet og for de der arbejder med produktionen, desuden afgiver de giftstoffer i hjemmet i mange år.
  • At man bruger naturlige materialer til gardiner, møbelbetræk og sengeudstyr.
  • At man ikke drikker direkte af en plastikbeholder.
  • At man aldrig bruger en plastikbeholder til opvarmning i mikroovn, og måske i det hele taget overvejer den mikroovn.
  • At man vælger tykke vægge, hvor det er muligt og diffusionsåben puds , for at spare på varmen, men også for at regulere luftfugtighed og temperatur.
  • At man ikke har elektriske vækkeure ved hovedgærdet af sengen.
  • At man installerer en kontakt der afbryder al strøm i soveværelset.
  • At man ikke har tv eller computer i sit soveværelse.
  • At man ikke har trådløst Internet i sit soveværelse, at man i det hele taget overvejer brugen af trådløst net, da forskere påviser fare for det menneskelige nervesystem.
  • Det samme gælder brugen af trådløse telefoner.
  • Mobiltelefoner skal holdes så langt væk fra øret som muligt, brug altså øresnegl, og herrerne skal ikke opbevare mobiltelefonen i lommen.

Improvement of the indoor climate in generel terms.

 

American indoor climate scientists, called Certified Building Biology Environmental Inspectors

recommend the following:


  • Extended use of clayplasters and claypaints.
  • That all household cleaners should be natural and that we totally avoid the synthetic products.
  • That we air our rooms at least twice a day for at least ten minutes, especially humid rooms.
  • That wall to wall carpets should be avoided , if they can´t be avoided that should have a back side made of jute.
  • That we avoid laminated plastic and use wood where possible.
  • That we don`t use plastic or vinyl flooring, as they are a nightmare to produce for the environment
  • and the people that works with the production.They will give off toxins for many years.
  • That we use natural fabrics for curtains furniture uppolstery and bedlinen.
  • That we never drink directly from a plastic container.
  • That we never use plastic containers for heating in the microwave oven, and that maybe we should consider if we really need the microwave.
  • That we choose thick brick walls, when possible and that we use damp open plasters, to reduce the need for heating and also to regulate the air humidity and temperatur.
  • That we do not have electrical alarm clocks by the bed.
  • That we install a contact that turns off all electricity in the bed room.
  • That we don`t have a tv or computer in the bedroom.
  • That we don`t have a wireless Internet connection in the bedroom, and that we in general consider use of wireless connections, as scientists finds that the human nervous system could be in danger when exposed to the wireless connections.
  • This is the same considerations we should take with the use of wireless phones.
  • Mobile phones shall be kept as far away from the ear as possible, use a head-set and gentlemen should not keep their mobile phones in their pockets.
